Jacqueline Martin, Creator of The Classical Pilates Quest

Jacqueline Martin is a Master Classical Pilates teacher and the founder of Lineage Pilates. She offers her signature Pilates programs that guide women over 40 to reshape into a body they love and to live with more vitality and confidence. Jacqueline has helped hundreds of women across the globe transform their lives over the past 17 years, including advanced students and Pilates teachers, take their Pilates practice to the highest level. Her teaching has been requested for dozens of Pilates conferences worldwide, including a virtual conference with "Jay Grimes," a first-generation Pilates teacher who studied directly with Joseph Pilates. Her expertise has been featured in Vogue Poland and recently a new book called Before During and After Menopause.

Prior to becoming a Pilates phenomenon, Jacqueline was a top 10 internationally ranked Triathlon athlete and accumulated top 5 finishes in 6 countries and top 2 in Ironman Canada. She currently lives in Warsaw, Poland.

Introduction to the Pilates foundation work including principles and practices on the wall.  We will also explore the basic 11 exercises of the mat foundation.
 Learn the mat foundation 11 exercises breakdown and understand the                     round, tall and rotation spine shapes.

Will I have on going access to The Classical Pilates Quest?
Yes! Once you sign up for The Classical Pilates Quest you will receive an email with a link to a Pop-Up Facebook Group where this training will be hosted. All lessons will be live on zoom and recorded. You will receive all recorded material at the end of the 6 week program for your continued use.

Will I need to buy any equipment?
Jacqueline will recommend certain tools in your household to help you along the way. Most of the tools or equipment are not expensive and can easily be found online or at your neighbourhood health or sports store. Best part is, once you learn how to use these tools, they will serve you for a lifetime.

Examples of the equipment Jacqueline will recommend includes a exercise mat, magic circle, one pound weights, bolster and resistance band.
Does The Classical Pilates Quest include a nutrition or diet plan?
No. This program is specifically designed to focus on developing a practice through Classical Pilates for improved fitness, health, and longevity.
What level of fitness do I need to perform the exercises in this program?
The Classical Pilates Quest is specifically designed to be accessible to anyone – no matter your age, or your current fitness levels. With that said, if you have any prior injuries, we highly recommend you consult your physician beforehand.
